Prevention of Sexual Harassment

Our Commitment

sfHawk Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all employees. Sexual harassment at the workplace is strictly prohibited under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Employees who experience or witness sexual harassment are encouraged to report the matter without fear.

What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment includes (but is not limited to):

  • Unwelcome physical contact or advances
  • Demand or request for sexual favours
  • Making sexually coloured remarks
  • Showing pornography
  • Any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature
Internal Committee (IC) & Nodal Officer Details

The IC Committee details & Nodal Officer Details have been displayed on notice boards, and posters have been placed across the office for easy access and visibility.

Complaint Mechanism

Employees can file a complaint through the following channels:

shebox.wcd.gov.in — Government of India online portal for women employees
  • Complaints should ideally be filed within 3 months of the incident
  • The IC ensures a fair, unbiased, and timely inquiry
  • SHe-Box complaints are forwarded to the concerned Internal Committee / Local Committee
Confidentiality Assurance

All complaints will be handled with strict confidentiality, sensitivity, and fairness. Retaliation against complainants or witnesses is strictly prohibited under the Act.

Consequences of Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment may lead to disciplinary action, including:

Written Apology Warning / Reprimand Suspension Termination

Additional actions as per company policy and applicable law may also apply.
