Project Manager – Industrial IoT

5–8 Years

Requirements

  • Experience in a product-based software/technology company is essential.
  • Strong understanding of software product development and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and customer relationships.
  • Exposure to IoT, Industrial IoT, or hardware integration is an advantage.

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive the development and implementation of our Industrial IoT platform, sfHawk, designed specifically for manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product development and new feature releases in coordination with software development and QA teams.
  • Manage end-to-end customer implementations at manufacturing facilities, including planning, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee in-house IoT gateway assembly, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, priorities, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project management and team productivity.
  • Work closely with engineering, hardware, software, QA, and customer-facing teams.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project planning, tracking, reporting, documentation, and overall team productivity.
  • Drive continuous product and process improvements based on customer feedback and implementation experience.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in a software/product development environment.
  • Experience working in a product-based company is essential.
  • Experience in managing software product development and customer implementations.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to IoT, Industrial IoT, hardware integration, or manufacturing technology will be an advantage.
  • Experience in handling domestic and international customers.
  • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-powered productivity tools.
